We build AI-native software that runs the daily work of a business on autopilot, so founders can spend their time scaling it.

Not just AI-enabled. AI-native. Every product, every system, built for the next generation of business.

Every business will run on AI. One system will do the work that a stack of apps and a back office do today. Stairio is building that system.

What we’ve built

GoHotelify

Live at hotels today

We started with hotels. GoHotelify is a daily copilot for running a hotel. It does the work of several separate software tools, and its built-in AI employees keep working after the front desk closes.

  1. GoHotelify connects a hotel to more than 300 booking sites, including Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb, and syncs every booking into one calendar within 5 seconds. When a room sells anywhere, it updates everywhere, so nobody copies bookings into a register again.

  2. Guests confirm their stay and verify their ID on their phone before they arrive. They walk in, pick up their key and go straight to their room, and the front desk stays free for guests who need help.

  3. The order is taken once. The kitchen cooks it and marks it served, and the amount lands on the guest’s room bill by itself. No paper slips, and no missed charges at checkout.

  4. Staff see which room to clean next, and the front desk knows the moment a room is ready. It goes back on sale straight away, without anyone waiting for a phone call.

  5. GoHotelify adds up the room, the food and the GST, and sends the guest a complete invoice as they check out. No typing, no calculator, no late-night accounts.

  6. An AI answers guests on WhatsApp the moment they write, about breakfast, Wi-Fi, checkout or directions. Staff step in only when a guest really needs a person.

  7. GoHotelify watches bookings for each day and suggests a price: higher when demand is up, lower when it’s quiet. Busy nights stop being sold cheap, and the hotelier still makes the final call.

SalesPro

Not for sale today

Our sellers only talk to people ready to buy.

Leads arrive from social media and our website, and SalesPro gathers them in one place. Aarohi, our AI sales employee, talks to each one first and sorts the serious buyers to the top, so our team spends its day closing. It runs our HR too.

150 to 200 people apply each month. We meet 5 to 10.

Stairio Hire

Not for sale today

200 applicants. We meet the top 10.

Every month, 150 to 200 people apply. Each one takes a skills test and an AI interview, and the system ranks them. We meet only the top 5 to 10, and their interviews book themselves. The AI costs us under ₹1 per candidate.

We built SalesPro and Stairio Hire because we needed them to run Stairio. Both are ready for other businesses, but we build one product at a time, and hotels come first.

Who we are

Vineet Kumar Sinha

I learned to build by taking electronics apart to see how they worked. My first machines broke more often than they worked.

It was never about success or failure. The best things I’ve built came from the one attempt I almost didn’t make.

Vineet Kumar Sinha

Founder and CEO

National award winner at 16. Represented India among the world’s top 10 at a global AI competition, and was recognised by India’s then Union Minister for Electronics and IT. Started building with electronics in school, and went on to build GoHotelify, SalesPro and Stairio Hire.

A crowded street of small shops in Old Delhi

Why now

8.7 croremicro, small and medium businesses in India1

Old Delhi

Large IT firms mostly build for large companies. Smaller businesses are left with agencies and freelancers, who get paid per project and move on, or with products that cover one part of the job. So founders still do much of the work by hand.

Until recently, software could only record what people did. Now it can do the job itself: answer customers, suggest prices and write reports. A small hotel that could never afford a manager can now have that work done.

Even among tech-savvy small businesses2

Where we’re going

Our mission is to take the manual work out of running a business in India.

Every other industry, not started yet

The plan

How we work

  • No private deals

We don’t negotiate. Every customer pays from the same price list.

  • Depth before breadth

We get one industry right before we sell to the next.

  • We run on what we build

SalesPro runs our sales team. Stairio Hire runs our hiring.

  • The operator is the test

If an operator can’t work it out, we fix the software.
