Terms & Conditions – Stairio

1. Scope of Work

  • The package includes the features listed under Package Features and Add-ons (if selected). Any additional requirements beyond the mentioned scope will be subject to a separate quotation.

2. Domain & Hosting

  • Domain registration is valid for 1st year only. Renewal charges will apply from the 2nd year onward.
  • Secure cloud hosting is included for 2 years. Renewal charges apply from the 3rd year.
  • SSL Certificate is provided for 3 years. Renewal charges apply after expiry.
  • Domain Privacy Protection is an optional add-on service.

3. Website Development

  • The package includes up to 8 web pages. Any additional pages will be charged separately.
  • Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, videos) in a timely manner.
  • Responsive design ensures compatibility with modern devices and browsers.

4. Professional Emails

  • Includes up to 3 professional email accounts. Additional accounts will be chargeable.
  • Email storage and quota limits will follow hosting provider’s policy.

5. Support & Maintenance

  • Package includes 3 months of free support after website launch (minor changes, bug fixes, technical assistance).
  • Post-support, annual maintenance charges (AMC) will apply if required.

6. Payments

  • Advance payment is mandatory to initiate work.
  • Remaining balance is payable before final project delivery.
  • Any extra add-ons will be billed separately and must be cleared before integration.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Client must provide accurate information and timely approvals.
  • Delays in providing content or approvals may extend project timelines.
  • SEO setup included is basic only; advanced SEO is a separate service.

8. Ownership & Rights

  • Website design, code, and content (provided by client) will belong to the client after full payment.
  • Stairio reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Renewal & Continuation

  • Domain, Hosting, SSL, and Email renewals will be billed separately after their respective validity periods.
  • Failure to renew may lead to suspension of services until payment is made.

10. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Advance payment is non-refundable once the project has started.
  • If the client cancels midway, charges will apply for the work completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Stairio is not responsible for downtime, hacking, or issues caused by third-party services, client’s misuse, or delayed renewals.
  • While security measures are implemented, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
